Trial/Scenic Flights

Dual Instruction

From £140.00 per hour

Sport / Calidus / Cavalon / M16 / M24 (or own aircraft prices by arrangement).

Dual instruction prices include:

  • an Instructor
  • pre and post flight briefing
  • fuel
  • insurance

Discounts are available for block bookings.
Advanced training is available at your airfield (with your aircraft or ours) by arrangement.



Cumbria Gyroplane Club Membership

£90 per annum
Required for Gyroplane training includes:

  • T-shirt
  • Ground School CD pack
  • Syllabus Work Book
  • Various aids to develop your skills
  • Discount from suppliers



Ground School
  • Exams can be taken at the school with our ground school examiner. £30.00
  • 1 Hour Instruction £30.00



Solo on School aircraft

In order to fly our aircraft solo you must sign up to the following.

  • You must sign a “bend it, or mend it” agreement and note that you will be responsible for repairs up to £5K
  • Consequently you must pay a £5K deposit (fully refundable if there is no damage) and this will be held until your solo hours are complete unless by arrangement
  • You will pay a non refundable cost of £450.00 towards Solo insurance. This is renewable annually
